A Little Kindness... Kinda Eclectic thank you card

Last week I had scheduled a day to clear out my craft cupboard (which is under the stairs, so has to work for coat, shoes and the Hoover, too!). The problem is, I tend to pull everything out, sort it a little, then stare at it in despair and give up.

Fortunately, one of my team, Alison H (aka Patsy) came to the rescue, to help me sort, keep me on track and relieve me of any old samples and swaps I can’t use any more. She’s upcycling those to make cards to sell a hospice, so they’ve gone to a great cause. As for the sorting, we were pretty ruthless, and I now have a load of retired stamp sets on eBay!

At the end of the day, I needed a load of cards to send to different people for various occasions. But oh no! I’d given ALL my samples away, so had to start from scratch.

Never mind, it gave me the perfect opportunity to give you a sneak peek of a little something from the upcoming Autumn/Winter catalogue. I’ve sent this card to Patsy to thank her - because I really couldn’t have done it without her!

Oh, nearly forgot to mention... I thought I should try out some of the colour combinations from the lists I made for the new In Colors. This is the last one from the Hello Honey collection; Hello Honey, Cherry Cobbler, Lost Lagoon and Whisper White. I must try some more because, in my small terms, these lists went viral (more than 7,000 Pins on Pinterest and 1,500 views on the blog, which is unprecedented for me!) and I should really check out that the combos look as nice in real life as they do in MDS!
