Yesterday I spent some time stamping with one of my downlines, Kelly, who brought along her Nuts About You stamp set, which she had pre-ordered. My copy of this set won’t be here for a few days so I was more than happy to have a play and, of course, tap into Kelly’s great mind of ideas.
I began by CASEing a card from the new catalogue, although this project turned into a bit of a combined effort (Kelly knows I can’t stand fussy cutting!). You’ll find this card on page 239 and see that I have changed it in various ways. I used gorgeous new Mossy Meadow for the grass and, instead of leaves, there are flowers on the tree, from the Something to Say stamp set.
Nuts About You is a hostess set, so you can only get your hands on it by becoming a hostess. Fortunately there are lots of ways you can become hostess, including:
- Host a party – but get in quickly as my calendar is filling up
- Place an order of £150 or more, either on your own or with friends
- Join my Virtual Hostess Club – I still have a couple of places available
- Become a demonstrator – by holding your own classes and events, you’ll find you are frequently your own hostess!

Back to the card, which you’ll notice is an odd size - it’s a standard landscape card but cut down to 3 1/4" tall. But with our lovely Envelope Punch Board I can make an envelope to fit perfectly. When I’ve finished playing with my new goodies of course...
