One of my customers, Tracey, makes beautiful little boxes for all occasions. It’s always exciting to receive a beautifully crafted little box from Tracey, at Christmas, Hallowe’en etc… not least because they usually contain some of my favourite chocolate!
These are Tracey’s latest creations. The occasion? She simply wanted to thank everyone in my Virtual Hostess Club for their orders. Wasn’t that nice of her?
And, once again, they contained my favourite chocolate: Green & Black’s… and I confess that I did search for (and find!) my ultra-fave, the milk. Although Tracey did recently introduce me to a new one which is now my ultra-ultra-fave, and that’s the milk with seasalt. I’ve never seen it anywhere though. :(
I can’t give you the measurements but I can give you the recipe…

Thanks Helen, glad you liked them, they're really easy to make. Its a 4" x 3 1/4" piece of card. Scored at 1 1/4, 1 5/8, 2 7/8 and 3 1/4 along the longest side. Then turn round and score at 3/8 and 2 7/8. Fold and cut out the top corners, round the top edges and then sticky strip the sides together.
ReplyDeleteLove this little box, I make quite a few pouches boxes etc with my class so TFS please pass on my thanks to Tracy as well. Think I will have to case this I t so cute at last a great use for my hex punch.
