Kinda Eclectic Fry Box
Yesterday was my launch party and, apart from the stifling heat in the hall which made us all a little lethargic, I think a good time was had by all.
It was very much a combined effort this year. There were there lots of samples, boosted enormously by fabulous contributions from two of my team, Kelly and Donna. I demoed photopolymer stamps and Project Life, while my daughter expertly demoed the Blendabilities. Cakes were supplied by my Mum and I was very grateful to everyone who stayed and helped put the room back in order afterwards.
During the afternoon we had a couple of fun games and three Make & Takes, one of which is shown here.
It uses the cute little Fry Box die, which I just had to have as one of my free items earned from a successful Sale-a-Bration. (Stampin’ Up!® likes to reward our efforts throughout the year with free products, which is fabulous!). My sample shows the humble digestive biscuit wrapped up, but yesterday’s guests had much nicer biscuits for their project.
We used Kinda Eclectic, which is a stamp set I’d completely overlooked until I saw what people were creating and putting on Pinterest. That’s peer pressure for you!
