Today’s star of Caturday has to be Winky again –because he’s our Hero of the Week. Why? Well, despite not normally being blessed with courage, on Thursday he demonstrated that he was a Very Brave Animal after all. Faced with a canine intruder in the garden, he made no hesitation in biffing the dog on the nose. The intruder yelped loudly and fled, leaving Winky proud and, no doubt, a little dazed. (Rumours that he didn’t notice the dog until it was too late to run away are being ignored.)

ReplyDeleteLOL! So sweet and brave! Our Lab is somewhat terrified by our black kitty. He will actually jump over her to get away! Of course she thinks that she is quite the stuff! We haven't had the heart to tell her that he's just a big baby...
